Privacy Policy

Effer Coaching LLC ("Ferocious Intensity," "we," "us," or "our") provides the Ferocious Intensity website and mobile application (the "Service"). This policy explains what information the Service handles, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information we handle

Account and authentication

When you create or use an account, Firebase Authentication processes information such as your email address, account identifier, authentication provider, and security-related technical information. We use it to authenticate you, protect the Service, and manage access. We do not receive your password in readable form.

Membership and payments

We store the membership or subscription status needed to provide the correct access level. Stripe processes payment and billing details for website purchases under its own privacy terms. We do not store complete payment-card numbers. Mobile purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play under their policies; we store only the purchase and entitlement status needed to provide access.

Routines and service content

The Service stores published routines and related administrative content. Routine content is created by authorized administrators; the current mobile app does not ask members to submit health measurements, workout results, or free-form personal health information.

Push notifications

If you enable mobile notifications, we store your preference, an Expo push token, platform and app metadata, delivery tickets, and delivery receipts. Firebase Cloud Messaging, Apple Push Notification service, and Expo may process technical data required for delivery. We use these records to send requested notifications, prevent duplicates, diagnose delivery, and remove invalid tokens. Disabling notifications stops future sends and removes the stored token when possible.

Analytics and crash reporting

The website uses Google Analytics to understand general site use. The mobile app offers separate, optional controls for Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics; mobile collection is off unless you opt in. Mobile analytics is restricted to a small set of product-interaction events, and crash reports may include stack traces, app and device metadata, and an installation identifier. We do not attach your email, account identifier, routine content, or advertising identifier to mobile analytics or crash reports. You can change either mobile choice in Account settings.

Technical and website data

Our hosting and service providers may process IP address, browser or device type, operating system, timestamps, requested pages, diagnostic logs, and similar security and operational data. The website uses browser storage or cookies needed for authentication and operation; Google Analytics may also use identifiers or storage as described in Google's documentation and your browser controls.

How we use information

• Provide, authenticate, maintain, and secure the Service.
• Manage memberships, purchases, and access entitlements.
• Deliver requested notifications and measure delivery reliability.
• Diagnose failures and improve performance and usability.
• Respond to support, privacy, and legal requests.
• Meet legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use the mobile app for targeted advertising, cross-app tracking, or data-broker profiling.

Service providers and disclosures

We disclose information only as needed to providers that operate the Service, including Google Firebase and Google Analytics, Expo, Apple, Google Play, Stripe, and our website hosting providers. These providers process data under their own terms and safeguards. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transfer, or with your direction or consent.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and service records while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for service operation, legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and security. Invalid push tokens are removed when detected. Provider logs and analytics follow the applicable provider retention settings.

You can request deletion from the mobile Account screen or website account controls. Deletion removes the account and associated application records, subject to records we must retain for legal, security, billing, or backup purposes. You may also contact us below.

Your choices and rights

• Disable push notifications in the app or device settings.
• Control mobile analytics and crash reporting independently.
• Use browser settings to control cookies and local storage.
• Request access, correction, deletion, or a copy where applicable.
• Withdraw consent for optional processing.

Privacy rights vary by location. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request and will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can investigate and delete it where required.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version here and update the date above. We will provide additional notice for material changes when appropriate.
